- Contact Information: Email address, phone number, residential address, and emergency contact details.

- Financial Information: Bank account details, salary information, loan records, and reimbursement data.
- Government-Issued Documents: Passport number, Iqama (residency permit) number, visa details, and national ID information as required by Saudi Arabian labor regulations.
- Attendance Data: Clock-in/clock-out times, leave records, timesheet entries, and overtime records.
- System Usage Data: Login timestamps, pages accessed, and actions performed within the System for security and audit purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your personal information is used for the following purposes:
- Processing payroll, benefits, and compensation.
- Managing attendance, leave, and timesheet records.
- Complying with Saudi Arabian labor laws and government reporting requirements (including GOSI, Jawazat, and Ministry of Labor).
- Facilitating internal workflows such as leave requests, travel approvals, and performance appraisals.
- Maintaining employee records as required by company policy and applicable regulations.
- Ensuring system security and preventing unauthorized access.
3. Data Storage and Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information:
- Data is stored on secure servers with restricted access.
- Access to the System is controlled through role-based permissions and authentication.
- Passwords are encrypted and never stored in plain text.
- Session timeouts are enforced to prevent unauthorized access from unattended devices.
- Error logs are maintained for security monitoring and do not contain sensitive personal data.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Your information may be shared with:
- Government Authorities: As required by Saudi Arabian law for labor compliance, visa processing, and social insurance reporting.
- Authorized Personnel: HR administrators, department managers, and supervisors who require access to perform their duties, subject to role-based access controls.

5. Data Retention
Employee records are retained for the duration of employment and for a period thereafter as required by Saudi Arabian labor law and company policy. Upon request and subject to legal obligations, we will delete or anonymize personal data that is no longer required.

As an employee, you have the right to:

- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
- Request information about how your data is being used.
- Raise concerns about data handling to the Human Resources department.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated through the System or via company email. Continued use of the System after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
